Paul Frame is a resolution-oriented litigator who believes that accurate early evaluations and consistent re-evaluations during the case leads to the most effective results. The reality is, litigation is expensive even if you’re right. You cannot rest on early impressions of the facts, because the facts tend to change as discovery and investigation progress. Paul provides value to his clients by developing creative strategies that are focused and flexible. No matter the ups and downs inherent in all legal disputes, Paul helps his clients stay on course and guides them to the most favorable outcome possible.

Prior to joining Frame Law, Paul began his career in land development for a state utility company. His role included granting use permits and licenses, analyzing new service requests to determine if existing easements permitted service routes, and negotiating and procuring additional easements from private property owners as necessary. Paul then translated his analytical and negotiation skills to a regional law firm where he helped general contractors navigate complex construction defect litigation, which included defending defect claims asserted by property owners while simultaneously prosecuting claims against third-party subcontractors who shared responsibility. In 2012, Paul joined a national law firm, where he continued working within the construction industry – expanding his practice to include labor and employment issues, bodily injury litigation, insurance coverage and defense including first-party property, Directors & Officers liability, and risk management consulting and business planning.

In 2017, Paul joined his wife Kristy Frame at Frame Law, merging their practices – enhancing the value prososition to Frame Law clientele.

In 2021, after more than a decade representing builders, owners, realtors, and others in the construction and land development industry, and seeing the effects on COVID-19 on business of all size and types, Paul has offers mediation services to provide a cost effective method of resolving disputes.  Click here for more information on Paul’s mediation practice.
