Business Disputes & Commercial Litigation
Frame Law’s transactional practice assists businesses with planning and strategy to avoid the dreaded lawsuit. Nonetheless, despite the best intentions and planning, business disputes arise in a multitude of context. For most businesses, a lawsuit represents the worst possible outcome of any business activity. Litigation often taxes a company’s resources, productivity, and morale and Frame Law is there to help businesses navigate troubled waters efficiently, effectively, and with open eyes.
Business disputes can arise between owners or other fiduciaries (sometimes known as business divorce) or among businesses (b2b) and may relate to a wide variety of issues from payment issues to unfair competition/non-compete issues.
Where, traditional firms charge upwards of $500/hour for commercial litigation; although Frame Law’s principals are experienced litigators with the highest integrity, we are able to charge a substantially lower rate by controlling overhead and avoiding superfluous staffing. We also work to provide our clients with certainty by evaluating the issues, explaining the worst, better, and best options for moving forward and providing a reliable budget for the work. Where possible, we phase our budgets to allow our clients the most control over resolution strategy and legal spend.
