Where, traditional firms charge upwards of $500/hour for commercial litigation; although Frame Law’s principals are experienced litigators with the highest integrity, we are able to charge a substantially lower rate by controlling overhead and avoiding superfluous staffing. We also work to provide our clients with certainty by evaluating the issues, explaining the worst, better, and best options for moving forward and providing a reliable budget for the work. Where possible, we phase our budgets to allow our clients the most control over resolution strategy and legal spend.
